Policies

 

REGULAR ROOM RATES:

  • $125 per night/double occupancy (plus tax)

  • We can accommodate both room bookings for events or groups of 4, so please call to inquire.

 

CHECK IN:

  • 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

  • If you are unable to arrive within that time frame, please call and let us know.

 

  • 11:00 am

CHECK OUT:

 

PAYMENTS & HOLDS:

  • 50% deposit of the reservation is required upon booking.

  • We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER, and Cash.

  • We will respond to all requests for reservations within 36 hours.

  • We accept holds on rooms for weddings or special events. Blocks will be held for 60 days before the event upon which a 50% deposit for reservation will be due.  Please call to inquire.  Fees may be charged for no-shows.

 

  • We understand that things happen and you might need to cancel. If this occurs, it is absolutely necessary you contact us at Alpenglow B&B directly via phone (406-880-6906) to confirm your cancellation.

  • Because we are a small business, please understand that cancellations have a major impact on us both financially and logistically. For cancellations made 30 days or more before your visit, a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee will be given.

  • For cancellations made 30 days or less before your visit, we unfortunately are unable to provide a refund for any rooms not able to be re-booked. We will do our best to re-book rooms so this is avoided. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will still apply even if we are able to rebook the room and a refund is given.

  • Early departures billing must be finalized the evening before the morning departure. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

 

  • We are open year-round. Check availability for accommodating your needs.

  • Our phone hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm MDT.

HOURS

 

  • No smoking is allowed inside the B&B.

  • Smoking is limited to designated outside areas.

  • Ashtrays are provided outside.

  • In the event in which smoking occurs inside, a $150 cleaning fee will automatically be charged.

SMOKING

 

  • Personal wine, beer, and mixed drinks brought to the B&B are allowed in your room and public areas around the property.

ALCOHOL

 

  • Due to our quiet atmosphere, the B&B is more suitable for adults. 

No CHILDREN:

 

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

GUEST PETS:

 

  • Ample parking is provided for guests.

PARKING:

 

  • An organic gourmet breakfast is included with all regular room rates.

  • Breakfast is offered from 8:00am to 9:30am.

  • Flexible times for those rising to meet the trout.

  • Coffee and baked goods are available for early risers on our coffee bar.

BREAKFAST:

 

  • We are happy to provide complimentary WIFI to our guests.

  • Please note that we are in the country and are on DSL Internet. Patience is a virtue as sometimes it is slow.

  • Safety for our guests is our number one priority.

  • Please note that our B&B is located on Clark Lake. 

  • No swimming.

  • Our B&B has fully automated smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

  • Fire escape routes are clearly marked in each guest room.

  • There are 2 fire extinguishers.

SAFETY:
