Release + Waiver

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY POLICY:

Please understand that by reserving at Alpenglow B&B you are indicating that you agree to release and hold harmless Alpenglow B&B, its owners, agents, and other guests for any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from your participation at the Alpenglow B&B.

The Alpenglow B&B is located on 5  acres on the edge of Clark Lake, so please understand that you are attending a facility that may involve certain exposure to wildlife and outdoor elements. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk.

By accepting this waiver, you are hereby acknowledging that your participation is at your own risk and that you assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both yourself and any who might accompany you.

By agreeing to this release, you are legally bound by the release and waiver of liability.
